Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At ice-slushi, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

• Item is unworn and unwashed
• All original tags are still attached
• Item is in its original packaging
• Item shows no signs of damage, stains, or odors

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items missing original tags or packaging
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@ice-slushi.shop with the following information:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
• The reason for the return or exchange

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with detailed instructions.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out to us at contact@ice-slushi.shop. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Except where you are exercising your statutory right of withdrawal as an EU/EEA consumer (see Section 9 below), original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual cost of outbound shipping may be deducted from your refund.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at contact@ice-slushi.shop with photos showing the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Wrong Item Received

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us at contact@ice-slushi.shop and we will resolve the issue promptly at no extra charge.

9. EU/EEA Consumers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This right applies in addition to, and independently of, the 30-day return policy described above. Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your statutory rights.

9.1 Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods. Where your order is delivered in separate shipments, the period runs from the day on which you receive the last item.

9.2 How to Exercise the Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement — for example, by email to contact@ice-slushi.shop, or by using the electronic withdrawal function available on our website. You may use the model withdrawal form set out below, but its use is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired. We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal without delay.

9.3 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We will carry out the reimbursement without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.

9.4 Returning the Goods

You must send back the goods, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal, to: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

9.5 Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain contracts, including the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, and goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
